Is neuropsychological testing from The Brain Clinic enough to gain extra time or do I need past documentation for learning disabilities?
Testing is very important, it but is not enough. Historical documentation (especially from younger ages) is also very important. Be advised that there is no guarantee that the testing results will turn out a certain way. When enough testing is done to determine the likelihood of getting accommodations, you can decide whether you want to continue and complete the writing of the report. Click here for the checklist for providing the requested documentation.

A learning disability means that some level of learning is significantly below a person's overall level of intelligence. A very common example is someone who reads very slowly but is at least average in intelligence. Dyslexia is the most common type of learning disability in reading.
