We are often asked if we take insurance for the services we provide at The Brain Clinic. Dr. Thomas is not currently on any insurance panels, but his staff will work with you to try to get insurance to help pay for the services. We will try to make your treatment as affordable as possible.

Biofeedback has some special aspects regarding payment: The cost of a biofeedback session is $175 per session, however, for a limited time, your responsibility will be a maximum of $75 per session and we will bill insurance. In the initial meeting, we will discuss the insurance reimbursement in detail.

You should know that even if insurance were to cover most of the cost, there may still be a co-payment of several hundred dollars for an evaluation; about 50-80% of treatment fees are typically reimbursed.
