Dr. Thomas does not take insurance, but his staff will work with you to get reimbursed. Patients are personally responsible for all fees, and payment is due at the time services are rendered. A receipt can be given so that you can file it with your insurance company for reimbursement. Additionally, any insurance forms should be completely filled out so that only the doctor’s signature is required.
Note: Cancellations must be made within 48 hours or the patient will be charged the full appointment price.

Coaching Fees:
The current fees are:
- $275/50 minute session
- $1000/month (sometimes this ends up being five calls per month)
All fees are paid for the month in advance, and if a client misses the appointment without at least 48 hour notice, the charge is made. For all group courses, the fee is charged regardless of attendance. It is possible that these fees are deductible as a business expense, but please consult with your accountant.
